This fun hooded blanket is the perfect place for little ones to snuggle into this winter.  Make it in white, with a scarf in your choice of color, add some buttons, and you’re done!  Your little snowman will be all ready to curl up for a cozy rest.

This free hooded blanket knitting pattern features bulky (5) weight yarn and size 8.0mm (US11) knitting needles.  Circular needles used as straights will make the project easiest.  Pattern features sizes Child 1-5 Years and Child 5-10 Years.

Blanket pictured is crochet version.  Knit version features Stockinette stitch for the body portion, and seed stitch for the scarf.
