My testers for this one were all in agreement, this is a super fun, super quick project, that you’ll come back to time and time again!

The Sprightly Beanie is a great color-work project.  The finished hat is fun, a little bit quirky, and super comfortable….plus the design is really appropriate for all ages!

This pattern is a great place to start playing with color-work if you’re new to it.  Though it looks intimidating, it’s actually really quite simple.  In fact, one of my testers described it as,
“A fun, quick knit that looks much more impressive than it really is :).”
Both the knit and the crochet versions have that complex look, but in reality are quick and simple projects.

I’ve written both a knit and a crochet version of this pattern and they each include all sizes Newborn through Adult.  Because this pattern is so fast and fun, another one of my testers said, “I love this pattern and can already tell it will be my “go to” winter hat pattern this year.”
