Hand-Made Halloween!
We had a totally hand-made Halloween this year…..which I thought you all might appreciate. So I’m sharing pics! Plus I just love showing off my kiddos of course 😉
Charlie’s favorite game right now is wrapping himself up in a blanket and inching around the house like a caterpillar. So it made perfect sense when he chose to be a caterpillar. I decided to make his costume large enough that I can take out the leg holes and turn it into a sleeping bag of sorts after Halloween. That way he’ll not only get to use it for Halloween, but to play his favorite game too. He was quite delighted with how it turned out!
Netherlee was something I’ve had on the agenda to make for over a year now. I guess the timing was just never right until now….which I’m super pleased about now! She made the cutest penguin ever and I’m so happy she was the one I got to make this cute little outfit for. The bag was so warm and cozy, and we didn’t have to carry around a blanket with use while we were trick or treating. It was perfect!
These two crochet patterns (along with knit versions too) will be available in my shop soon! Make sure you’re signed up for my newsletter so you get notification when they’re ready.
Thanks for letting me share <3

You have a beautiful family. It sure does look like they had a great time. See you soon at the CAL. Hugs
Aww, thank you Cynthia! They really did. Charlie was in heaven <3
PS: Lovely costumes by the way.
So sweet!
I hope you remembered to take business cards to pass out to the admirers of their costumes. Nothing like doing something special for your kids and advertising at the same time.
Haha! I didn’t! But someone else told me the same thing last night. I’ll keep it in mind for the future 😉
