  1. Thank you Melody and CONGRATULATIONS!!

  2. I am truly thrilled for you! The pain of losing so many of your babies must be hard still (and each will always be your child.) Yet, this surprise would seem to say that God thinks you need more babies! After all- each baby is God’s opinion that the world should go on! Rejoice in this miracle. Enjoy every minute.

I can’t share this just now. I lost my dear knitting online pal a few months ago, and just am not ready to “replace her” (not that I ever could- like you with your babies gone too soon.) Someday, I’ll find another buddy who will thrill and enjoy things with me though- in time.

  3. Awesome news..enjoy while you can..LOVE IT

  4. Congratulations!God bless your new little one,you and your family. Take care of yourself, and take care of you first, we loyal followers are always willing to step aside while u take all the rest you need.

  5. Hi Melody,
Thank you for sharing the most important news of your pending arrival.
I also am saddened by the fact that you have lost so many babies but surely you are blest by God’s grace that you can still achieve with his greatest gift of life in the making.
I can’t extend your pattern onto a dear friend in Michigan as I don’t know how to navigate my way through social media.
I need to go back to pre-school on this and study with someone’s help.
Surely you will be showered with knitted gifts for your next little gem (at least I hope your are so as to repay you for all your kindness.)

  6. Happy for you. I too have lost four babies through miscarriage and one almost cost me my life. I lost her at 5 months and then lost so much blood that I had bloodles transfusions and the doctors advised no more pregnancies. He told my hubby to take care of business, it would be easier for him, so we have two beautiful young men we are proud to call ours ?

  7. Hi Melody, Congratulations. You are very talented and blessed. Can’t wait to make this flower for my first granddaughter.
